All of our patches are made with a border, for easy sewing application, and a heat sealed backing, for easy iron-on application. Patches can be manufactured with a customized backing containing your company name or logo for advertisement purposes and recognition. Personalized backings are done for a small additional charge.

Custom patch pricing varies depending on the quantity of patches ordered, the size of each patch and how detailed the embroidery must be. For more efficient pricing, custom orders must be placed in greater quantities such as 2-3 dozen. Perfect for a new motorcycle club, a small business, or an event such as bike shows, reunions and more.

Sorry, custom orders are bulk orders only and cannot be placed for only 1 or 2 patches or for small quantities.

Our patches are custom made so we can embroider as much or as little as your design needs. Embroidery coverage and stitching is broken down into 3 basic categories:

50% Embroidery:

Simple designs and basic sayings patches with at least half of the twill background visible and no more than half of the patch is embroidered.

75% Embroidery:

These more detailed designed patches will contain less negative background space as the design will require more embroidery and stitching. Most patch designs contain 75% embroidery.

100% Embroidery:

Highest quality patch with the greatest amount of stitching and detail. Fully embroidered patch with no visible twill or background.
